This workshop is 3 classes over a six week period.
The first class is 3 hours and is the same information given in the Lose Your Mummy Tummy seminar. The second class (three weeks later) is 2 hours and teaches more advanced seated exercises, double splinting and headlifts The third class (three weeks later) is two hours and teaches a total body workout and how to incorporate the Tupler Technique into any workout. Your diastasis will be measured again.
