Part 1 in all of our videos is the 4 step Tupler Technique® Program. Once you watch the video this guidebook will give you a summary of the 4 steps and also help you organize with a chart what you need to do on a daily basis. It gives you the progression of the exercises over 18 weeks. This book is not a substitute for the video. This book fits in your purse or pocket and you can take it with you everywhere you go. Check off each time you complete one of the steps. Make sure you measure your diastasis and belly before you start the program, again in week 3, 6 and 18. Taking your before photos will motivate you to continue the program. You will start seeing the healing process starting within three weeks.
