Diastasis Safe Thanksgiving Reminders!

Diastasis Safe Thanksgiving Reminders!

1) Thanksgiving is not a good excuse for you to be without your splint!

2) Make sure when you are going for seconds that you stand up and sit down correctly!

3) While you are waiting for your meal is a great time to do a set or two of your contracting exercises. If your family ask you why you are counting out loud, just go ahead and check them for a diastasis and teach them the exercises! They will be thankful to learn they have a diastasis and how to heal it!

4) After you’ve completed your meal is a good time for some belly breaths. Make sure you bring the transverse abdominal muscle to fifth floor!

Reminder - Tupler Technique
