Shipping Policy

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION
On all orders, there is a 8-hour delay from the time you place your order to the time your order reaches our fulfillment house. Once it reaches our fulfillment house and is shipped you will receive a tracking number from our fulfillment house. Our fulfillment house ships up to 3 pm each day Monday through Friday. To get your package out the fastest, please place your orders before 2 pm so that it can be shipped the next day. Orders placed after 3 pm will be shipped the following day. 

 

DOMESTIC ORDERS
We ship by USPS.
Please allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery AFTER it reaches our fulfillment house. If you want it shipped faster you need to call us Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm AT 212-388-1308. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship by USPS.  Please note we are NOT responsible for any duty and taxes your country may charge. If you refuse the package because of these charges and the package is returned to us any shipping charges may be incurred. That amount will be deducted from your refund as well as a 10% restocking fee of the total price of the products. Your initial shipping cost will also be deducted from your refund.

We do not ship to P.O boxes or APO or FPO addresses. We do not ship to some countries that have a Trained Professional.  If you have a problem getting products from that Trained Professional please let us know. Please check the Trained Professional Page to buy from a Trained Professional close to you as you will save money on shipping.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR REPLACING YOUR ORDER OR GIVING YOU A REFUND IF YOU HAVE WRITTEN AN INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS AND THE PACKAGE GETS LOST. IF IT GETS SHIPPED BACK TO US YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY TO HAVE IT RE-SHIPPED.  

Return/Refund Policy

PRODUCTS
Before a refund/exchange can be initiated, please contact us at service@diastasisrehab.com.

All items to be sent in a manner in which they can be traced and you must send us the tracking number.

A Refund will ONLY be given:

  1. With the Internet Receipt included in the box and a note written on this receipt with what you are wanting to do.
  2. Make sure the item you are sending is sent in a manner that is traceable. We are not responsible for items we do not receive. Please email us the tracking number.
  3. On all unopened items (Diastasis Rehab Splint®, Corrective Connective Tissue and streamed DVDs excluded) in the same condition as they were received after being checked by our staff. If an item is deemed “used” and is unacceptable for a refund, we will contact you by email so you can determine what you want us to do with it. You are responsible for all shipping costs.
  4. On items (Diastasis Rehab Splint®, Corrective Connective Tissue and streamed DVDs excluded) received within 30 days of purchase. The purchase date can be found on the top of your receipt.
  5. On the products only. Your shipping fee is non-refundable.
  6. On products that we actually receive. If they get lost in the mail we cannot give you a refund. Please send your package in a manner it can be traced. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees.
  7. Less a re-stocking fee of 10% of the total price of product or package.
  8. The Diastasis Rehab Splint® and Corrective Connective Tissue are not returnable for a refund.
  9. There are no refunds on DVDs that are streamed.

SERVICES

Private Sessions – a 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all private sessions. After this time, the client will be charged for the cost of the session. A client may receive a refund within 30 days for the purchase of any unused individual private sessions. For the 18 week program, once started, there are no refunds. There are no expiration dates on the services. They may be used at any time. If the cost of the service has gone up from the last session the client has taken, they must pay the difference.
Everybelly® Seminar - For this seminar, cancellations with refunds are allowed up to 7 days prior to the workshop. After this time, the client will be charged for the cost of the workshop and no refunds will be given. Please note if you do not attend the workshop, you will be allowed to attend the next workshop only if there is space available.
18 Week Ongoing Online Support Program - Once registered, there are no refunds for this course. There is no expiration date on this program.
