How Water Helps to Flatten Your Belly

My customers frequently ask me if it is too late to mend their connective tissue. My response is always the same. It is never too late.  However, conditions affecting the process where the connective tissue heals can prolong the healing process, but it is never impossible. Age and circulation are two aspects to consider. In general, young people heal faster and better because they have a higher nutritional state and blood supply, as well as a faster metabolic rate that can absorb vital materials more quickly. That is why it is critical to drink plenty of water, as it can boost your metabolism regardless of your age. At the absolute least, one glass in the morning when you wake up, one in the afternoon, and one before bed. It would be much better to drink even more water because water is essential for

removing and dissolving trash

Keeping the circulatory system running smoothly;

Supporting enzyme activity and the proper functioning of all cell membrane components;

Nutrients and nutrition transporters are dispersed and dissolved in the body.

Yes, water can do all of that!!! So develop a "hydration habit," and if you don't like plain water, try adding lemon or lime to it. Alternatively, add diluted liquids or make herbal tea.

Blood circulation is necessary for the delivery of oxygen, nutrients, antibodies, and a variety of defense cells to the location. Blood also aids in the elimination of tissue fluid, germs, foreign substances, and debris. The faster the mending process, the better the blood supply. This is also a good reason to perform the Tupler Technique® isometric exercises. It increases blood flow to connective tissue!
