It’s the holiday season already and for a lot of people that means traveling. But taking a break from everyday life doesn’t mean you should take a break from the Tupler Technique®!
Here are some tips and tricks on how to stay on the program while traveling:
- Seated exercises: Whether you’re in the car or on a plane, it’s the perfect excuse to complete your seated exercises. Traveling with kids in the car? Have them count along with you and practice their math skills!
- Streaming Version of the DVD: The streaming version of our DVD’s are available for purchase in the products section of our website. If you have a laptop and internet connection handy, you can watch the video wherever you travel!
- Extra splint: Having an extra splint can make travelling that much easier! When travelling, you don’t always have access to laundry services, so the extra splint helps keep you on track!
