2. Tony Farro, a New York Licensee, does the exact same exercise routine in part 3 of the DVD that I do in the Diastasis Rehab Lose Your Mummy Tummy® DVD.
So guys if you don’t mind watching me teach the exercise routine and you take a cat nap during the pelvic floor part of the DVD………………I think you can get just the Diastasis Rehab Lose Your Mummy Tummy® DVD.
