Do you have an outie belly button? If so, then this is what's happening. An umbilical hernia is a side-effect of a diastasis recti.

There's a good chance you're experiencing an umbilical hernia, even if it doesn't hurt. This also can lead to other conditions like abdominal wall weakness or poor posture over time that increase your risk for develop uterine prolapse later on down the road!
