Does Your Belly Get Bloated After You Eat? This is Probably the Reason Why

A bigger belly after eating (or bloating after eating), happens when your abdominal muscles separate. It is called diastasis recti. When your abdominal muscles separate, your muscles are no longer able to do their job of  supporting your organs. It is now your weak and stretched out connective tissue between your separated muscles ineffectively supporting your organs. So your organs move forward after you eat. Closing your separated muscles and having your abdominal muscles support your organs is the answer.  Learn how to close your separated muscles with the research and evidenced based Tupler Technique® 4 step program.  Click here to get a free copy of the the Tupler Technique® Tips.
