I am thrilled to extend a heartfelt invitation to all of you to tune into the Wise Woman Podcast, where I recently had the honor to discuss my passion and dedication to women's health, fitness, and wellness. This incredible platform offers listeners a chance to delve into a wide array of topics, and I'm excited to share with you some insights from my own journey.

Over the years, I have had the opportunity to appear on numerous television programs, like the Today Show and Regis & Kelly, and to share my knowledge in various fitness, medical, and women's health magazines. New York Magazine even acknowledged my commitment to pregnant women, referring to me as a guru in this field. But it's not about the titles or recognition; it's about making a real difference in people's lives.

The Tupler Technique®

What I've discovered through my research and practice is that there is an essential need for specialized care for women, especially during and after pregnancy. That's why I created the Tupler Technique®.  It's a research-based program focused on treating diastasis recti, a common but often overlooked condition that many women face. I am delighted to see that more research is now being conducted in the UK on the Tupler Technique® and diastasis recti, expanding our understanding and approach to this condition.

 

Maternal Fitness® Program

But my work doesn't stop there. I've had the pleasure of developing the Maternal Fitness® program and have worked closely with countless clients.  (you can find some of their kind words on the testimonials page). This collaboration has allowed me to teach the Tupler Technique® to medical and fitness professionals all over the world, widening our impact and reach.

Alongside these programs, I've written two books, Maternal Fitness (Simon & Schuster) and Lose Your Mummy Tummy (DaCapo), produced five DVDs, and developed the Diastasis Rehab Splint®. All of these resources aim to empower women to take control of their bodies and their health.

I also believe in working together with like-minded professionals and organizations. Serving on the advisory board of Fit Pregnancy, Women's Health Foundation, Medical Fitness Network, and the Women's Sports Foundation has given me valuable perspectives and connections in the field.

Through my speaking engagements, including the one at the 1st World Conference on Abdominal Wall Hernia Surgery in Milan, Italy, in 2015, I have endeavored to raise awareness about the non-surgical Tupler Technique® approach to Diastasis Recti.
