The dyna bands are used in the exercise portions of the Diastasis Rehab Lose Your Mummy Tummy® and the Diastasis Rehab Say Goodbye to Your Gut Guy® DVDs. These bands provide a wonderful workout for your upper and lower body. They are light and can be taken with you for a mini workout wherever you go. In Week 4 of the program you will be double splinting. That is wearing one or two splints. The splint you are holding should be a scarf or the arms of your sweater. Please do NOT use the dyna band as a splint.
The dyna bands are made of latex.
