THE BEST TIME TO DO THE TUPLER TECHNIQUE® DAILY EXERCISES


The first three weeks starts at 13 minutes per day and progresses to 50 minutes per day in Week 18. It is recommended to do them three times a day in the first six weeks to do them seated. In Week six you can start doing them while you’re walking.
